Cancellation and Refund Policy

All fees paid for legal services through Legacy Life Counsel PLLC are non-refundable. By engaging our services or making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, failure to appear, or early termination of services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid consultation, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future consultation. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 90 days of issuance.

The free Legacy Clarity Call is complimentary and subject to scheduling availability. No payment is required for the Legacy Clarity Call and no refund provision applies.


Your Consent to Other Agreements

When you sign up to use a special feature of this Site, you may be asked to agree to additional terms governing your use of that feature. In such cases, you may be asked to expressly consent to those terms by checking a box or clicking a button marked “I agree.” This type of agreement is known as a “click-through” agreement.
