Legacy Life Counsel was founded by attorney Jessika Interian to help Florida families protect and preserve what matters most — in life and beyond. With years of experience in estate planning, probate administration, and business succession, Jessika helps clients build thoughtful strategies that reflect their values, protect their loved ones, and strengthen their legacy. Whether drafting a trust, navigating probate, or protecting a family business, her goal remains the same: to bring peace of mind and lasting protection to the families she serves.

Jessika’s approach to estate planning is personal and rooted in real experience. She’s seen firsthand the confusion and hardship that arise when families lack a clear plan. This shaped her mission: to ensure that others never navigate loss without clarity or guidance.

Before founding Legacy Life Counsel, Jessika served as lead litigation attorney at a boutique South Florida law firm, managing all aspects of family and civil litigation. She brings extensive experience in high-conflict family law matters including divorce, children’s issues including timesharing, and equitable distribution of assets. Jessika also has experience in insurance defense covering premises liability and general negligence.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List in multiple semesters. She received her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Florida International University.

Jessika is a South Florida native and fluent in Spanish. When she’s not helping families navigate estate planning and probate, you’ll find her enjoying South Florida’s beaches, spending time with loved ones, exploring local restaurants, and capturing it all through her love of photography.
